I love the flexibility this organizer provides and recommend it. The unit is made of thick plastic and feels sturdy. I would order one again. But...I give it 4.5 stars (instead of 5) because the dividers are tough to remove and snap into a new position. I had to insert/remove at an angle and then push down VERY HARD. I felt fortunate that none of the tabs that go into the holes broke off. It is great that the dividers aren't going to move around once inserted but have to think it could be designed for easier manipulation.

I like this organizer--I use it for cosmetics and manicure items. The only thing I don't like is that in certain configurations there's a small gap at the corners of compartments that allows tiny items to slip through. Also it's a little pricey for what it is. Nevertheless, I'm glad I have it, and I was unable to find anything better to suit the purpose.

I bought this for a very shallow drawer in my bathroom vanity. I did not use any of the small bins, but the dividers were the perfect dimensions for creating the 6 compartments I needed: 1 large section for my hairbrush, round brush, and comb; 2 smaller sections - one for mascara and eye pencils and one for tools such as an eyelash curler, tweezers, scissors, etc; and 3 medium sections - one for face powders and foundation, one for eye shadows, and one for blush. The inside dimensions of the tray are just under 10" wide by just under 16" long. There are two dividers that are 9 7/8" long and three dividers that are 5 1/2" long. This organizer takes up the whole length of my drawer, but there are 3 inches available on the side. I plan to get a couple of 3 x 8 inch baskets for lipsticks, etc.
The bottom of the organizer is all holes to allow for placement of the dividers. I think this will be a plus as the powders from my make up will fall through and not make the organizer all messy. I'll just lift it out and clean the bottom of the drawer as needed.
I had seen other reviewers complain about how hard it was for them to insert and remove the dividers. The manufacturer must have addressed this problem because I found it very easy to place the dividers.
