I've owned three of these heat guns. They work well, and are a good value for the money. The variable heat gives you all the control one needs. A good buy.

I bought this to try and fix my PS3 YLOD problem. Didn't work out but the gun did it's job quite well. It has a nice, sturdy body and was able to heat up very quickly. My only problem is that there is no real way of knowing EXACTLY how hot it is. With no dial or digital display to tell you the current heat setting, getting it at precisely 360 degrees celsius is a guessing game. So if "Low", "Medium", "High" and "Superhigh" isn't quite precise enough for you, you may want to look else where. If not, then its a great and affordable purchase.

I bought the Grizzly heat gun to shrink wrap some cds that I made. The first time I used it I noticed how light weight it was and how powerful. I only needed to use the lowest setting for it to get the job done. I love how it can stand on its own and how it has several settings. I have used it to shrink wrap over 800 cds and it still awesome. Good investment.

This heat gun has a few fairly annoying flaws, the most annoying of which is that the temperature control is a big dial at the back with no numbers, so you never actually know the precise or even rough temperature of the air. It's also larger and more cumbersome than any other heat gun I've used.
BUT it is cheap, and it works for everything I've used it for. The problems are an inconvenience only.

I am a chandler and always have a problem with wax dripping onto the sides of the container when I pour my jar candles. I have tried direct heat, boiling hot water, and just about anything else I could think of to clean up my containers. I ordered this to see if it would help, and it does a wonderful job! Whether I am cleaning up containers after a messy pour, or having to fix a candle when I need to melt out some air bubbles, this gun does a GREAT job!!!:)

It's a great investment if you are looking for something that heats evenly, safe to use, and won't break your bank. You really need to try this product!

The only variable temp heat gun I've found for such a great price.
Works as well as anyone could hope.

I returned this item because the heat adjustment did not work and it blew only lukewarm air. I guess that's what you get for ordering it on the cheap. Next time, I'll pay more--and just avoid the grizzlies altogether.

This is a great heat gun that has many heat temperature settings and blows extremely hot air. I used this to fix my ps3, but did not work. So if your looking for a gun for typical needs, buy this gun, but do not buy this to fix your ps3.

the product came as intended, and worked really well, also i can sense quality in it, not that i can say that of other market heatguns
