We have cows, horses, donkeys and other animals on our farm. They are constantly getting into stickers and burs and this is the only comb that allows me to get them out with out having to cut their hair. I love the product...I do wish it was made out of metal instead of plastic...with colder weather the plastic breaks...but my first one lasted almost two years and I bought three more to have on hand so I have back up if one breaks.

I know this is for horses, but I have long, thick curly hair and I have had dreadlocks for the past year and with some patience, I was able to actually comb them out with this comb. Very durable. I want another one! I love this. I was debating on cutting my hair, but I didn't have to. I'm so glad I bought this.
