I can't think of a better Christmas gift to give EVERY ADULT on your Christmas list who has ANY children in their sphere of influence...

Shortly after implementing just one tool I learned from Dani Johnson's Grooming the Next Generation for Success, I was sitting at my computer checking my email and smelled a really fresh, nice smell wafting throughout the house. I went to investigate where it was coming from and was shocked to discover my teenage son cleaning the bathrooms (ALL 3 bathrooms!!!) without having been asked. Please know that this was the FIRST time that had ever happened in his 18 years on Planet Earth... My relationship with both of my teenagers has improved exponentially and I know that this teaching will affect THEIR children in a positive way because of what we are learning from Dani Johnson's book.

This is such a book! This book has enabled me to not only run my home with success but my kids ( we're in our 19th yr of homeschooling) love being with me, I love being with them & I'm even best of friends with my 21 yr old! Our youngest is a drummer, another a hunter & they are being given freedom to live and be who they were designed to be. I don't deal with the normal rebellion and hatred that so many parents experience. My kids honor me, they love me and we truly get along!

There are timeless truths in this book that will change your life if you let them. Grab one book for yourself & another book for a friend that needs some hope! You'll be so glad you did!

As a mom of 3 young sons, it's so important these days that I am equipped to raise them for success and not failure. These days our kids are being bombarded by the media with images and information that is designed not only to lower their moral standards and values but also set them up for failure by hyping them up with materialism and instant gratification. If you don't do the "grooming" of your kids, trust me someone else is (whether it be the media, music, friends, teachers, friend's parents, etc).

I was so extremely blessed that God put Dani Johnson in my path in 2004. At that time, I thought it was to help equip me in my business, but it turned out to be way more than that! Using the skills and information from Dani's "Grooming the Next Generation for Success" Home Study program and information from her LIVE events, I learned how to equip my kids for success and not MEDIOCRITY! It has helped me not only with my kids but also help me communicate better with their teachers and those that have influence in their life. I get compliments constantly on what fine young men they are! That's pretty rare to hear these days, sad to say. And not only did this information and skill-set help me and my husband parent but my business tripled in income and size (while decreasing my hours in 1/2) which resulted in a "balanced" mom and family and put the priority in my life back where it should be (God, husband, kids and then work)!

I'm so thankful that I got this book when I did. There are so many concepts in here that I have applied to see immediate results. Thank goodness for Grooming The Next Generation For Success, a book I can refer to when I'm having issues on how to discipline my kids, how to change their attitude, how to help them get along with each other, how to help them appreciate, how to give to others, and giving them concepts for the value of money and how to use it. I know now that we are equipping our kids with success principles that will stay with them for a lifetime!

I was so excited to read this book. I wish more people would write about raising children today, but Dani unfortunately, did not get it right.

I think I actually gasped out loud when I got to the part where Dani actually wants you to spank your children. And not just with your hand, she encourages belts and spoons!?!?!? I did continue to read on, keeping an open mind and found myself shaking my head over and over. She keeps referring back to the comments she gets from people about how well behaved her children are as confirmation that she must be doing something right. She also quotes the bible several times...spare the rod, spoil the child, etc... Does she also think that adulterers should be stoned to death? The bible says that as well. All I kept thinking is that I get the same comments from strangers in restaurants, school, etc. about my children, yet I NEVER spank them. It's interesting to note, that you can hit a dog, but it will still love you and obey you. The question is, is that the best way?

Clearly Dani's ideas of discipline come from a very abusive childhood. I'm so glad she has overcome some of the challenges of her past, but unfortunately, she hasn't learned much about common sense.

The only reason I gave this a 2 star rating was it did have some valuable insight on speaking with your kids and not doing things out of anger. But other than that, very disappointing and sad.

Here's a woman who knows what she's talking about! Excited to see she's hit the bestsellers list. That in and of itself is a great testimony that she lives what she preaches. We got the CD's and workbook (2nd edition) "Grooming the Next Generation for Success" from her "Dynasty 2008 in Atlanta, GA" workshop and have been sharing it with friends and family since. We're grateful that she's written "the book." If there's one gift you must give this Christmas, it is this one. It will pay dividends for proven life lessons (Biblically based) for success not only financially, but in all areas of your life. Dani Johnson is someone who cares about people, all creeds, colors, conventions - she doesn't discriminate and truly loves you like you ARE family when you attend one of her seminars. We don't know of another human being who wants to set YOU up for success like she has dedicated her life, her talents and her time to do for others. Before using Grooming the Next Generation for Success I just pretended to enjoy being a mom. I was frustrated as to how to relate to my active, strong-willed son. Now, since using these simple techniques I finally enjoy being a mom. Our now 4 and a half year old is getting praise from his teachers about his polite and teachable nature. It's not nature--that has been groomed! And since we had so much success with this system, we decided to have another baby. And all this while working from home! I highly recommend getting this system if you're serious about parenting with a plan and having a great time as a family instead of just hoping "this stage" passes soon.

Dani Johnson's Grooming the Next Generation for Success is the best parenting book I have ever read.

When I was young, I was appalled at how parents spoke to their children. Today I am appalled at how children speak to their parents. I am shocked at how my college students comport themselves. I can't say much for my colleagues, either! Oh dear! Our society is in deep trouble.

Dani Johnson has a lot of help. The part I like best is the verbatim conversations, how she talks to her children In general, they go something like the following:
'You want to succeed, don't you?'
'Yes, mom.'
'Want to try that again?'
'Sure, mom.'
'You understand why this family does things like the 2 %, right?'
'Yes, mom, only 2% succeed and so we don't follow the crowd.'
'Right! Good job!'

Of course, she does tell us what to do when the response is not as is desired.

I was delighted with her distinction between protection and control. I was impressed at the discipline required even in an affluent home. I was amazed at how she and her husband set up a procedure to test and socialize her teenage daughter's potential date/mate into their system of honoring one another. Given the overall foundation, it is believable that their daughter sits through the initial conversation setting up the rules with a suitor, knowing she is a protected princess, not a controlled piece of disrespected chattel.

If you care nothing about Scripture, nevertheless, you will see the efficacy and sense in what she says. If you are a Bible believing Christian, you will see immediately how Johnson's way of parenting connects with Biblical principles and you will marvel that we haven't lived this way before.

It is high time to improve our parenting. Now is the time to step up to the challenges of the modern world, a world where our children are inundated with sexploitation, laziness and poor thinking. Johnson gives principles and realistic examples from her own family to help us take our parenting to a new level.

This is not a collection of trainers' platitudes. This is a book for the times. I am giving this book away for Christmas. My daughter gets the first such present. If you have anything to do with kids -- or are even are a grandparent like me -- you want to read it before you do the next item on your 'To Do' list. Bravo! Hallelujah!

This is EASY to follow and produces PHENOMINAL results in your children, even in grown children (yes there is hope - read on).

I had lost hope that I would ever have a loving relationship with my adult children - we had been estranged for a number of years. I had groomed my children for mediocrity, poverty, loneliness, and broken relationships. Neither one had wanted to get married or have children after experiencing family life .

I got a hold of Grooming the Next Generation for Success, applied the principles Dani presents in easy to follow steps and our family is TOTALLY restored!!! I could not ask for more respectful children who have now been groomed to be up and coming leaders, who are on the path of success to their deepest dreams, and desire to have and raise children using Grooming the Next Generation for Success. People do not recognized our family!

If you want YOUR children (or any child you have the opportunity to influence) to be successful in relationships, finances, more, I HIGHLY recommend you get your hands on this book. I personally cannot thank Dani enough for giving us the tools she used in her own family to help those of us who had NO training in parenting succeed.

P.S. I had read and applied MANY parenting books over the years with minimal results. NOTHING compares to this book - a MUST HAVE!

I'm not a parent but I have soooo benefited from the wisdom and knowledge in this book and acquiring the Home Study Course. The skills and strategies that are in this book has helped me be a better influencer to the kids that are around me and that look up to me as a leader. I have also seen many of my close friends, that have also implemented the wisdom that is in this book, go through their parenting with so much more ease and less stress in the home. They no longer are clueless in how to handle their kids. I've also seen with my own eyes relationships gone bad, be reconciled and reconnected because of specific steps that are in this book. It is astounding what this book can do for many if they only take the simple information that is laid out and applying the strategies that Dani Johnson puts forth. If you are in any area of influence, whether it be a school teacher, a singer songwriter, mom, dad, uncle, aunt, doctor, boss, no matter the position of influence this book will equip you to do right to the generation of leaders that are right now being groomed by someone or something. Whether we know it or not our kids are being groomed by someone and its time to take control and see them succeed. Get this copy and gift a copy to a friend. They will forever be grateful, guaranteed!
