What a [bad buy],

After searching several pet-supply companies' websites and stores to no avail, I thought I finally found a video that would teach me how to groom my new schnauzer. This is NOT such a video! The groomer only used clippers and shears (the "shortcut" method of grooming), rather than performing actual terrier-style grooming that calls for stripping the coat. Also, the taping was "low-budget" to say the LEAST and the groomer was quite annoying. I REALLY wish Amazon would reconsider its no-return policy for opened videotapes. I was willing to pay for a quality, educational video, but now I just want my money back. I had no way of knowing how bad this tape was until I forked over $..., removed the plastic wrap, and viewed it.
