I will not watch this exploitation of kids again.

I had a beautiful little girl and we did some local pageants when she was young; however, if she cried or didn't feel good on pageant day we went home.
Sandra Klutts
Unbelievable amounts of time and money wasted on these little girl beauty pageants.

This show is funny for many reasons. 1) The pageant mothers 2) How much money these parents spend to have someone tell them their daughter/son is cute 3) How much time the parents spend getting their child ready for these pageants. Yes, most of the "pageant kids" seem to exude self confidence, but what if these parents took the money/time they spent on pageants and used it toward, say violin lessons or SAT tutoring or a college fund? I don’t know. These pageants are just so wild to me I just have to laugh!

This has to be the stupidiest idea at an exploitation show in history. Dress out children like whores and parade them around......this are amoung the weakest minds in our species that should not be allowd to reproduce.

These pageant parents need to stop referring to pageants as a sport. I realize they are trying to somehow find some sort of acceptance for their actions (good luck) but dressing up, applying makeup, applying spray tanner and styling wigs do not constitute a "sport" no matter how challenging it may be to their intellect, physical makeup and/or bank account.

Seems like kids are being exploited. A lot of money being spent on elaborate dresses for little kids to what end for the kids, cheap trophys and crowns? Seems like they are really little to have to face personal rejection. Big girls have enough issues where "beauty contests" are held but to hear some of the mothers telling their little ones, "The judges just didn't like you" is heart breaking. I will not watch this exploitation of kids again.

I hate seeing the children that are crying, not enjoying themselves and the parents continue to force them to compete. I think that is crazy! I had a beautiful little girl and we did some local pageants when she was young; however, if she cried or didn't feel good on pageant day we went home. When she became a teenager she fell in love with pageants and we did one almost every weekend. She had a great attitude and if she won it was good and if she didn't win it was still good. I would never consider giving a young child coffee or sugar or anything that was not good for her. I guess I have a "love, hate" relationship with this show.

This show is like a train wreck, It's bad but you cant stop watching it. Some of the girls act like spoiled brats. They have their parents eating out of their little hands. Like that one little girl with the little dog. Poor dog she just threw him on the chair. The dad just says "oops!" Animals are to be treated with care. They are alive and hurt after all. I don't know why those parents let their kids act like that. It's scaary to think that they are our future. Wow. Some dads here leave me in shock I'm thinking grow some b***s! But anyway like I said its a train wreck thats too shocking not to look away.Kids 1, parents 0!
