4.0 out of 5 stars A good book for a bartender, December 15, 2008

This review is from: Grossman's Cyclopedia: The Concise Guide To Wines, Beers, And Spirits (Paperback)
This book gives great info on the basics of wine/beer/spirits and their service. Although not a recipe book(there are some classic cocktail recipes)this book gives the basic knowledge that a bartender or bar/resturant owner should know about beverage history and service.
