This review is from: Ground Lions (Audio Cassette)
Homicide detective Mike "Ace" Amato must figure out who shot down aspiring mob wannabee Danny Martin in a high school parking lot. Amato's investigation leads him into his own family's ties with organized crime, a renewed romance with an old love, and a series of suspects that ranges from the FBI and the Mafia, to his own city's policy department. An impressively crafted mystery thriller and strongly recommend for mystery fans as well as community library audiobook collections, Ground Lions is superbly narrated by David Griffin in a deftly abridged, technically flawless audiobook edition of Lou Campanozzi's gripping, engaging novel of blood, violence, friends, and enemies. (4 cassettes, 360 minutes).
