Big Disppointment, January 24, 2010

I ordered this adapter because it seemed like it was just was I was looking for--something to adapt a UK plug to a European 2-prong plug. It worked for about 3 weeks and then completely stopped. I had been using it with my 220V vacuum cleaner--in a 220V outlet, which the adapter is supposed to be designed for. I know the adapter was the issue, because I tried the vacuum with a different adapter, and it worked just fine. This purchase turned out to be a waste of money and I ended up ordering a different adapter from somewhere else.
