Paul Kymissis, M.D., is Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Pediatrics and Director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at New York Medical College/Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, New York. David A. Halperin, M.D., is Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, and Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology at John Jay College, City University of New York, New York. He is Trustee of the American Family Foundation and Associate Director of Group Therapy and Training Analyst at the Contemporary Center for Advanced Psychoanalytic Studies.
