This review is from: GROVER SLEEPS OVER (Paperback)
This book - Grover Sleeps Over - was my daughters favorite book when she was a child. Unfortunately I did not keep the book. My daughter is now expecting her first child and I wanted to get a copy of this for my grandchild. The book was the exact same one, arrived in excellent condition, was packed very well. The seller was wonderful to deal with and the book arrived very quickly. I hope to use them again in the future if other books are needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars read to tatters, December 28, 2008

This review is from: Grover Sleeps over (Sesame Street Growing Up Books) (Hardcover)
My son is autistic, and the year he was 5, we read this book to tatters. The colorful, warming pictures showing the Muppets with familiar comforts of childhood--spaghetti with meatballs, sleeping with a cat, the nightlight, playing with blocks--made this book a hit with a child who will probably never attend a sleepover. I just finished putting yet another layer of tape on the binding today. A household classic!

4.0 out of 5 stars A Neat Book, December 17, 2001
By
Mallory Liss (Bay City, MI USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Grover Sleeps over (Sesame Street Growing Up Books) (Hardcover)
I think this is a neat book because it tells how Grover is scared to go on his first sleep over. I think all kids are scared when they stay the night away from home for their first time and this book tells about it. This is a good book for a child who is scared to go on their first sleep over. It will teach them that it's not so scary after all.
