Before reading this book, my knowledge of HGH was limited to heresay and small articles here and there. But it was enough to want to further my investigation into how this drug would help me. After purchasing and reading this book, I forwarded it to my physician, who them perscribed HGH for me. The benifits for me have been amazing! I have had no kidney stones in 4 months, my hair and nails are growing faster than when I was a teenager, and my obese body has changed the fat distribution, where I now have a waist, and the fat around my abdomine has decreased, and I haven't even really started the whole exercise and dieting routine yet. I have been reading the book over and over to learn more information and to formulate how others may benefit from it, and am looking forward to a follow up book with any new information and studies. Especially interesting is the research with HGH and Alzheimer's and Parkinsons... especially since I work with Alzheimer patient and their families......Keep the research going!!!

This book is an excellent information source to learn about the new possibilities of resetting the biological clock we all carry around with us. It's exciting to know there is something we can do to make a difference. This is an well documented account of the a substance that has the power to change lives. The claims for growth hormone are based on medical research, and it is clearly indicated in the book where the research results are still inconclusive.

this is the right stuff for anyone seeking even a few sips from the fountain of youth. This guy, Dr Klatz knows what hes talking about, and he tells all in amazingly readable detail. If you read just one book on antiaging this is it. He also wrote Stopping the clock, which is very good as well.

I received a copy of this book when I was introduced to HGH in an affordable form. It was exciting to learn that the "average" person now has access to HGH, rather than just the wealthy. Aging doesn't have to be inevitable, as we all previously thought. When a person reaches the age of 50 (and I am assuming that others feel as I did), even though we don't look "old" as 50-year-olds did a number of years ago, taletale signs of aging are evident: age spots, wrinkles, graying hair, hair loss, diminished eyesight and muscle tone, loss of vigor and sexual desirability. It is very exciting to learn of a simple and medically proven safe way to reverse the aging process and regain a youthful appearance and a more healthy body, as we had twenty years earlier.
