The propagation and growing instructions are clear and quite useful for the beginner. The author expands on those to growing in quantity for sale to restaurants or to sell potted plants.
One chapter gives ideas (bath perfumes, herb sachets, etc.) for herbal products to market, but readers will need other books to detail making these or else develop their own recipes from trial and error. A final chapter gives Points-To-Remember for building a successful herb business.

I've had my own copy of this book for years and recently purchased another copy for a friend who wants to plant her own herbs. The book describes many herbs, how to plant, harvest and store them.

My daughter has been working hard this year on growing herbs. This book was very helpful!

love all books on herbs would like to be able to grow and dry them to sell. love getting a bargain on books thanks for being a great place to come to.

This book with the other Herb books I have mentioned in my reviews will have everything you need to know about growing, using and saving your herbs, get them all and you will have it all! The seller I bought my book from is great, they ship fast, the book is in better condition than you will expect and they are very helpful with other books you might want in the future as with everyone I have purchased books from.

This book wasn't in the best condition, but it was not torn or marked up badly. It's just yellow from age. It appears to have a great deal of information, but I haven't really read a lot of it yet. I got several books at once and this is on the bottom of the pile.

Vendor was great. Book was exactly as described and delivered within expected time frame.
