I purchased four of these for our storefront window track lighting about a month ago. They stay on 24-7. These are just as bright, if not a little brighter than the CFL GU-10s they are replaced. The light beam is slightly focused so I would classify them somewhere between a flood and a spot light. The light is a clean cool white but NOT overly blue. They seem to run fairly cool and look great in modern designed track lights where you can see the bulb lenses.

They provide the less light than I have with traditional lights, but what I have is enough and the energy savings are great!

I have been using these bulbs for 14 months aprox. I change all my halogen for LED. After one week the plastic lens that's placed on the front fell off... after 3 months all the 16 lenses when out. I think the illumination is better without the lens hahaha.. But I guess it has a dust protection purpose. Another thing I noticed is that the brightness is not as strong as the halogen but it's not bad when you see the energy bill. And something very important for me that I don't like is that they have this greenish light, I mean it is not complete yellow, it has a strange color light. I must add to this review that one bulb already burned, finished!

If a seller does not have an item in stock, they should pull their ad from the site. After waiting several days after my order was placed, I just got notified that they were out of stock and cannot process my order. Now how many times will people place an order, wait thinking that they're getting their items, then days wasted later get an email that they will nt bve getting their items. Now is that what Amazon.com is all about? The misleading, unnecessary waiting. I hope not.
