No jitters, no crash, no heart racing like with caffeine or caffeine/B vitamin supplements. Not sure why another reviewer was taking 12 pills at a time!--I don't think I would be able to sleep for a week if I took that many at once! The 20-40mg of natural caffeine per capsule is designed to maintain energy and alertness, not give a quick burst-and-crash like taking a 200mg caffeine pill. I find one of these along with one Green Tea capsule provide a better "wake-up" in the morning versus just popping some straight caffeine.

I use this as a kicker with their Taurine 500 mg 100 Caps. Purchasing the ingredients in energy drinks is much cheaper than regular consumption of the energy drinks. This $2 bottle lasts about a month for me, a $2 drink though, not as long

The only downfall to purchasing Swanson products here is the shipping. But even with the shipping, if you purchase even just a couple of items, its still cheaper than other brands even with the shipping. Though I would suggest purchasing from their site because they often have sales like buy one get one free etc that wouldnt apply here

Swanson provides a fair product, and this is no exception. I wasn't incredibly blown away, but I did feel a slight boost in energy. A B Vitamin complex and maybe a multi vitamin over a couple weeks would probably do you worlds better.

If you bought this expecting there to be caffeine content, you don't want to buy this. I swear it must be completely caffeine free. I've taken as much as 6000 mg (12 caplets) at a time and still not even close to the stimulation you get from taking a single Excedrin (65 mg caffeine). Don't wast your money.
