GUARDIAN ANGELS by Susan Smitten, August 27, 2008
This review is from: Guardian Angels (Paperback)
Due to two incredible guardian angel stories when my daughter (at ten years of age) was brought back after dying "before surgery", these testimonies are some of the best. I have read this fine piece over and over. I am from the United States; yet fortunately found this book in Canada and now have purchased it for many people, who, have in turn done the same. MAGNIFICENT!!! TRUE!!!!

Great Book!, October 26, 2007
This review is from: Guardian Angels (Paperback)
I have read this book and I know that every story in there are true and factual accounts with a person's Guardian Angel. Do you want to know how I know this? Because one of the stories in that book is "my story". Susan had to shorten the length of my true encounter, but nonetheless, it is true. It is a great book that everyone should read. For people that have never had a personal experience with their guardian angel, I would just like to take this time to tell them that even though they may not be aware of their Guardian Angels, that does not mean that their Guardian Angels have not been there for them-they have! They have helped you more than you know. I have not had just one experience with my guardian angels, as a matter of fact, I could write an entire book about my experiences. Sometimes the angels like to stay anonymous and other times they make their presences known. But either way, they are there!

Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides, October 25, 2004
This review is from: Guardian Angels (Paperback)
It would seem that just about every culture has some form of belief in spirits from the "other side," some of whom intervene in the earthly realm in order to provide guidence and assistance to people in need. This book documents a number of such occurnces (primarily in North America), and for someone such as myself who has never experienced such a thing, or who, to be honest, hasn't really given it much thought, the stories have caused me to wonder whether there really is something to it. It's a perplexing and ultimately unexplainable phenomena: how and why could such things occur? And as a result, it's easy to dismiss these stories as figments of the immagination, wishful thinking, delusions, etc. I'm not so sure that this is a wise thing to do now that I've read this book. Overall, I found the book to be well written and enlightening. My only complaint is that some of the stories were gleaned from other books or Internet discussion boards. With the latter in particular, it's difficult to say just how credible the story is, since anyone can write anything under the cloak of anonymity. Stories such as these are best documented in person.
