The product is excellent. Anyone who has seen this watch in person knows they won't be disappointed. I am, however, disappointed in Amazon.

They are not authorized dealers, that may be true and fine, but they did not include all of the paperwork the watch normally comes with - I am missing the Certificate of Authenticity! None of this was mentioned on the sales page for the watch and after I received the watch and felt a little funny about it, that is the explanation.

Also the watch box was packaged very poorly by amazon before shipping and when I opened it, it looked as if the Gucci box itself had already been repaired once with tape! Inside the box the watch was off of its holder, probably from rough handling.

Good product, bad Amazon on this one.

I love love love my watch. Anyone who has ever seen this watch in person already knows how beautiful it is. I was however a little bit worried about buying a product online that costs this much, however I was not disappointed. This watch came with everything including the warranty certificate. I still just went to have it appraised just to make sure it was authentic and the appraisal came in almost twice and much as I paid for the watch. I am extremely pleased with this product and I received it the next day free of charge.
