First off I ordered White. These are most definitely glowing blue.
They work. One string worked after 48 hours of charging. Strangely the other one didn't . But after a couple of sunny days they both now shine brightly at night for several hours.
So they work as expected. Simple decorative lights. They are not bright enough to cast any light on a walkway though.

Bought these lights about 3 weeks ago. Well made, durable and well worth the price. Found this to be the best price out there. Quality is top notch and the lights on my patio area look awesome at night. Love the solar quality. You won't be disappointed.

These are my favorite little outdoor lights. They have a very light blue white tint. The lights last about eight hours.
