A terrific, comprehensive manual for anyone who sells anything! Whether you hawk hot dogs on a corner or sell diamonds to debutants, this book has everything you need to know about the art and science of retailing. I got some great, inexpensive promotional ideas and learned how to find and keep the best people for our restaurant.

This for sure has to be a bible for every self-starter retailer with a low budget as it covers everything from store layout up to the tips how to keep productive customer relations.
Although packed with useful tips, it will not be too much of use for the retailers of more significant size as they usually want to go more into the details and specifics and this book is "a little bit about everything".
