Excellent resource for anyone wheeling in Moab! Do yourself a favor, if you buy direct from the author's website, you can pay $5 more to get the spiral bound edition. I wish I had known this!

I have had the first edition of this book for 4 years and have loved it. I was with another jeep earlier this year and saw that they had an updated version. This version is very nice with the color pictures and updated directions for the trails. I know several of the trails have changed since the 1st edition and this new edition made it so much easier to navigate and having the gps waypoints on the same page as the trail was very useful. These really are great books and the new trails in the book are a very nice addition.

The wells books are all great for the off road enthusiast. His trail ratings are a hurl off some times, but trail change.

We had two copies of the first edition (gave one to another off-roader) as well as the second edition and have been using them for years. We call it the "bible" and never leave the motorhome without it on Moab trips. I like to note the date we do a trail and who, if anybody, did it with us. The second edition is definitely updated, we had done a trail many years ago that we liked and when we couldn't find it in the second edition we drug out the first edition and headed out. Big mistake! It had turned into a bicycle trail, probably due to rains and such, and was one difficult and miserable day. Well, ok, maybe not miserable because how miserable can you be when you are in your jeep enjoying the beauty of Moab!! We moved from California to Arizona and our son-in-law bought us the Arizona book so we are now trying some of those trails as well. I can't say enough good things about these books because I love the fact that it has exact turning points, mileages, gps coordinates and landmarks. It makes it almost impossible to make a mistake!!

One of the best trail guides available. A lot cheaper than buying it at the book store in Moab. So, you save money, then you can spend it on more gasoline to enjoy more time on the trails! Makes sense to me! :) Nothing like the peaceful serenity of Jeep'n in the back country of southeastern Utah!

This a great book! Very informative! I can't wait for the Moab trip, I will most certainly be bringing this book with! I would suggest it to anyone who is new to Moab or looking for some great info on trails/maps/routes!

We used this book on our last trip to Moab. Without this book we would have missed a lot!

Got a chance to drive several of the trails in this book. Each trail was perfectly described. Very important to take a GPS with you and use the way points in this book. That is much easier and more accurate than the odometer readings. I highly recommend this book for driving the Moab trails. I ran into another person that was driving with the book - he was complimenting it, but was a bit lost without GPS. I gave him my readings and got him back on trail - without this publication, we would have both been lost. Well spent money

This book ROCKS!!!! Literally haha. I want to do every trail in this book. I've heard of so many trails, and didn't know any info or how to get to them. This book solves it all.
