This book is very informative. I was without prior experience in gymnastics and needed to learn the basics. This book explained every part of round offs, back hand springs, and back tucks, and then combined all three. Each move, such as a back hand spring, is broken down into smaller drills. Then, the drills are combined to create the correct form of tumbling. If you're a beginner, this book would help you extensively. Good luck in your gymnastic endeavors! :)

This is one of the BEST books on basic tumbling (handstand, roundoff, back handspring, tuck) by far. Great for coaches and coaches training in brushing up on technique, execution and light spotting. Very informative and straight to the point. Great pictures. Book is just a little hard to find.
