THE RED BOOK OFFERS MORE,IMFORMATION THAN JUST A PRICE GUIDE.I LIKE THE NEW PHOTO'S THAT CAN BE MOST HELPFUL ON VARIETYS AND ERRORS.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO A BEGINNER OR A WELL SEASONNED COLLECTOR.

I get this for my dad every Christmas, he is an avid coin collector. It's the best annual catalog of coins available and the only one he asks for. I will continue to buy year after year and recommend anyone with a coin collector in the family to do the same.

This book is very good reading if you just want the retail prices for U.S. coins. If you want to know dealer prices-get the blue book.

I've been collecting coins for approximately 10 years and of the various books showing values of coins, this is the only one I use.

The book is packed with useful information on U.S. coinage, the book was sent promptly and well packaged.

This book has detailed color photos, which I've been searching for in helping identify various coins. It is detailed in values and in the history of the various coins. Highly recommend it for US coin collectors.

I enjoy the book as a ready referance, I wish they where able to give a little bit more information on specific dates and mintage of the coins.

I'm always interested in old coins & values. This hard cover edition is concise but informative at a reasonable cost.

Hello , I am new to coin collecting so I needed a guide. I wanted some knowledge of the field I was about to enter. This book does that , not only price guide but much much more, full of information and nicely laid out in a easy to read format. Really good basic stuff.
