Just Enough Information To Get You Into Trouble,
By Bradley D. Bryant (Monrovia, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Guide to the Colorado Mountains (Paperback)
Unfortunately, this book attempts to include so much of everything that it succeeds in properly covering nothing of anything. It can only be used as a brief overview from which one must then consult (much) more detailed texts of mountains, routes, approaches, etc. For 14er's, I highly recommend Gerry Roach's book -- it is superb.

An encyclopaedic guide to Colorado's mountains,
By A Customer
This review is from: Guide to the Colorado Mountains (Paperback)
Unlike most mountain guidebooks which provide detailed information about a limited number of peaks, this guidebook provides basic, minimal information for getting to nearly every imaginable mountain destination in the state. It is a unique, encyclopaedic reference work, which will help you to discover Colorado's lesser-travelled mountains, while also providing information about the most popular destinations.
