This book was very helpful in preparing to take my state pharmacy law exam. It was very easy to understand and not too wordy. I also love that there are questions at the end of each section and at the back of the book. I have taken and passed my state law exam and I am planning to take a different state law exam and will definitely use this book in preparation for that one too.

I think this book is a good quick reference book if you have prior knowledge of pharmacy law and have experienced the MPJE boards before. It is concise and highlights the major points for review. I am preparing to state the pharmacy state boards in another state and this book has been very helpful in reviewing basic federal law for pharmacists, since becoming licensed years ago. The material is presented in a straight forward brief summation. However, if you are a new graduate from pharmacy school taking boards for the first time, this book will serve as a good supplement to your existing school texts/notes. It is not exhaustive and very detailed as you would expect from a pharmacy law class in school. I would recommend it's use as an additional aide to supplement existing materials for new grads. There's a lot of detailed facts missing in some of the chpts, which unless you have actual practice experience, you might miss out on.

The MPJE sucks, let's not make any bones about it. But it sucks a little less after reading this book. This book is a quick read, and it has a lot of sample questions throughout. I read this twice before taking the MPJE and found it to be a great study guide for the federal portion of the exam.

the questions at the end of each chapter highlight what should be learned and the large review test at the end of book is a good review before taking the law exam. Dont forget to check state laws that might be different since this isonly federal laws.

This text is easy to read and a good review of pharmacy law if taking mpje. I had planned on giving this book a very good review...then I took the 302-question practice quiz in the back and I am very, very disappointed. They reuse MULTIPLE questions...just have less questions - don't waste my time. And they have several that are WRONG - give your reader a bit of respect and proof read your work. Ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend it.

I used this to study for both of the MPJEs that I took. I'm glad I bought it because I really feel that it helped me learn the Federal laws very well.

The best thing about this book is the format. A law review book is no good if you aren't going to read it, but Reiss and Hall wrote this in such a way that it seems like a breeze to read through it. I read through it twice, and it's very refreshing compared to some of the state law books that I had to trudge through.

The review questions at the back were also very good. Tons of questions, and they really helped me nail down the key points I needed to work on.

The book is excellent for preparing for MPJE. Combined with Pharmacy and Federal Law Review book, I have taken and abtained several state licenses.
