"The Guide for Guys" is a practical read for any man who wants to know more about topics such as:
holding a baby, riding a horse, building a fire, making a great first impresssion, playing chess, hitting a golf ball, mowing the lawn, and a host of other topices. Each chapter is around 3 pages and covers the highlights of a particular topic. While the book is full of common sense, we men sometimes need to be reminded. The book flows smoothly and is an easy read - I was able to read through the book in one sitting. Recommended.

This book is the perfect gift for guys between 14 and 21... I used it for my sons at Easter as a gag, and ended up buying several for high school graduation gifts for my son's group of friends. Every page or so is a helpful hint on how to do something (bowling, tie a tie, hold a baby, protect yourself during a fistfight, choose a cigar, prevent a hangover...). The guys LOVED it.
