While the info in the book was good, you have to purchase all the real info and vitamins from the DR on his website...not exactly what I was looking for, but informative.

There is a link from Daniel Kalish's website to purchase this book at Amazon.com. It is a great book for women period, and especially those with recurring or chronic stress and mood issues.
