A few years ago, the author of this book, Terrence Tullgren, was the interior decorator for my Los Angeles apartment. With a simple, ingenius flair, he turned a drab space into a delightful environment. I learned so much from him about the use color and light and he used many wonderful, cost-saving tricks to bring a room to life. It was fun working with him, too, since he really listened and incorporated my dreams into the finished environment. I'm thrilled that he wrote this book because it's the perfect resource for anyone to learn the brilliant secrets of one of the world's true design geniuses.
