David B. Wright is the author of Get A Job! Your Guide to Making Successful Career Moves. David is also Chief Marketing Officer and Partner of a corporation called CareerOyster, an online video career coaching company whose tag line is "The World is your Oyster, be the pearl." Through Get A Job! and CareerOyster, David helps professionals from entry-level to C-level executives get better jobs, earn more money and climb the 'corporate monkey bars' faster and more effectively.
David Wright has worked in the U.S. and Japan, and has done business around the world. David has been on both sides of the hiring and firing desk and has had to develop powerful job-hunting skills because of his atypical background, career path, and skill set. Because he has worked in different functions ranging from sales & business development to marketing, project management, process improvement, contract negotiation, consulting, and even ship broking, he often faced a challenge because his experience doesn't match the standard 'job requirement' pigeonholes that many companies use when they look for new hires. What a great book! Every job seeker should use this.,

I had sent out hundreds of resumes before getting this book, and didn't get much of a response. After reading it and following the advice in it, I sent out only 3 resumes and got a job I absolutely love! The book provided me with numerous ideas for improving my resume and cover letters, ideas I would have never thought of. It also provided me with resources of where to look for job opportunities that I was unaware of. I recommend it to anyone who's serious about getting a job fast.
