Extensive pedagogical features, review questions, hands-on exercises, and case projects make the book valuable for anyone who wishes to take the A+ certificate exam. The coverage of the configuration and troubleshooting is superb! Details about the DOS command, video cards, memory management and many other related items are extremely useful for any novice or professional. The book would be better if the chapters are more organized.
