This is a text book for my MSN/ED program--It is interesting and has much information to offer. It was shipped promptly and arrived earlier than expected.

Great product, poor return policy
As far as getting this book, I received it in perfect condition and extremely fast. However, I found out that my teacher had discontinued this book from our course and so I inquired about returning and found that the return policy of this seller is less than ideal--20% restocking fee and it was required to be returned within 7 days of my inquiry. As far as getting this book, I received it in perfect condition and extremely fast. However, I found out that my teacher had discontinued this book from our course and so I inquired about returning and found that the return policy of this seller is less than ideal--20% restocking fee and it was required to be returned within 7 days of my inquiry. Additionally, the return policy was not even listed until I personally emailed the seller to inquire how I would go about a return. I ended up deciding not to return the book and sell it myself for all the hassle and extra cost. Not very good service/return policy in my opinion :(
