4.0 out of 5 stars Helpful, says everyone, February 19, 2003

Everyone I talk to tells me this is a great book to have for the sample tests. The readability of it is zero---make sure you have a supplement with words and phrases and background before you crack this open. It summarizes key points and thats IT. Then gives you sample quizes. And vocab. The thing everyone says is great is that it gives you the answers to the test and tells you the answer---and why the answer is right to the question they ask. Its helpful as an alternative source---if you are new to real estate, PLEASE don't just use this book. The vocabulary alone will KILL YOU! Use this as a study guide and practice material to your main work. And good luck!

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Have for your Real Estate Collection, June 23, 2004

Purchased book 1 week before taken the PSI exam. Found that most of the sample questions were on the exam worded differently. Study your terms from your Real Estate Principals Book and use this book as a supplement. It is a great tool. I wish I would have purchased it sooner. I would have done alot better.

4.0 out of 5 stars The real test was MUCH tougher, December 4, 2004
This is a good study guide, and the tests helped me find weak spots. The Texas Broker test questions were significantly tougher than the test in this book, and included several "trick" questions (two answers appear equally correct) that the book doesn't cover. Do NOT plan to use this as your only study resource - it's much too concise for that.

5.0 out of 5 stars Pass the PSI test the first time using this excellent guide., November 1, 2004

This is an excellent text to prepare for the national portion of the PSI real estate test. It is up-to-date and comprehensive. This is much more accurate and up-to-date than the online test preparation courses available which I also tried and was quite disappointed by.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Study Guide, March 10, 2006
By
Tarantula (Nashville,TN) - See all my reviews
I took the PSI Affiliate Broker exam for the first time and passed. This is a great book to review prior to taking the exam. I had a great teacher for pre-licensed 1 & 2 courses. However, I used the PSI book as a review. I took the exams in the PSI book which help me identify with my weak areas. I recommend this book for anyone who is about to take the PSI Affiliate Broker exam. Good Luck!!

5.0 out of 5 stars EXCELLENT STUDY RESOURCE, December 28, 2005
This study guide was instrumental in my passing the National Real Estate Exam for the state of Tennessee. The study guide is a condensed version of the the information that you will need to pass the exam. Also, the guide prepares you for the different test strands on the exam and helpful study hints.

5.0 out of 5 stars Real Estate Test, October 5, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is an absolute must for taking the PA Real Estate Exam. Practice tests were invaluable to me and a friend of mine who studied along. I passed both tests the first time! It gets you used to the way questions are worded, such as the double negatives to confuse you. Answers are in the back. Very, very helpful book.
