1.0 out of 5 stars Why was this book written?, October 10, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: A Guide to Site Planning and Landscape Construction, 4th Edition (Hardcover)
If there was a "no star" rating, I would use it for this book. I tried using it for a school research paper, and all I got from it was frustration. It is horribly written: a majority of the topics are are not dealt with in depth (very vague) and the index is miss-keyed. For a 4th edition it also might be time to use current photos that are color, and not from the 1960's. My advise is to spend your money on Kevin Lynch's books instad of this one.
