O'Connor's detailed approach to the subject of geneaology in County Kerry would be valuable to everyone from the new reseacher to the professional researcher. He explores each avenue of information allowing the researcher to discern its usefulness for him/herself. A Must have for those who have reached a "brick wall" in their own persuits!

This book is great for an intermediate heritage geek, it has a lot of good information about the records kept for the peoples from Kerry and where to find it. It will not give you the information, only tell you where it is kept . . . which, after you have exhausting the internet databases is the next round searching you will need to explore, I.E. getting to Ireland to start looking at real paper or calling them to ask someone to look for you!!!
