Teachers need all the help we can get to make a novel come alive for our students. This literature unit really helped me to develope extra activities to use in the classroom.

I think the book starts off kind of boring but after a little bit it starts to get interesting. Once I got more in to it it got much better. Avi ,he left so many cliffhangers. I couldn't wait for my teacher to start reading again. I like how Avi worded the story. I also like how he brought the the past to this present time. Thanks for writing this book!
