A simple, elegant method for maintaining peace and poise.,

This review is from: A Guide to Walking Meditation (A Fellowship Book) (Paperback)
A short, simple, easy to read method for maintaining poise, peace and simplicity with every step you take. Hanh's prose conveys the attitude and inner stillness that can be easily attained through this practice, which can be generalized to all our activities every moment of every day. A beautiful little book and a great gift.

What a sweet book! It is obvious the author is coming from a very loving heart toward his fellow man. What a delicious approach he has to walking! The book is very short and can be read in one sitting and has delightful illustrations that carry the mood of the words. After reading it, I found myself using the simple principles given in the book for making walking more of a mindful meditation rather than a race for time. I would recommend it to anyone who finds value in stopping to smell the roses.
