I purchased this directly from Guidecraft and I have to say it's excellent quality furniture. THe craftmanship is top notch and so is their customer service!
Mine arrived with a few mishaps but one phone call and they sent a replacement part in the mail arrived in two days no charge!, no questions asked!

This toy box was the perfect addition to my son's toy-themed bedroom. It doesn't have a ton of space to hold toys, but it is very cute and has the great feature of being on wheels! The manufacturer's customer service is excellent. One of my pieces was damaged and they quickly replaced it without question.

We ordered this for my son for Christmas to go in his train themed bedroom. We were able to assemble the pieces in under and hour, but had some problems with knots in the wood. The safe hinges are great, and it holds a fair amount of toys. It could have used a second coat of paint in a few spots, and there were three knicks due to poor packaging when being shipped. We also loved that it is on wheels so our son can push it around. Overall we are happy with the product because it is cute, but the quality could have been somewhat better.

Well packaged. Panels and trim pieces pre-drilled for assembly. Only real complaint is with the hardware. The hinge screws are too soft to drive them all the way in. The phillips heads will wallow out before you get to the end, and don't blame my Snap-On screwdriver. I had some screws in my box that fit and are 10 times better than those provided, allowing me to complete the task before Christmas morning.

I have had this toy box for 3 1/2 years. It still looks great and the kids love it. The lid does not stay open as wide as I would like, but the hinges do keep it from slamming shut. We have had to fix both hinges on the inside that hold the lid because the little screws pulled out. It gets a lot of use and my kids (3 kids, oldest is 4 1/2) even "ride" on it. They will sit on the train and pretend they are going places. I would recommend this because it holds up well and looks great in a boys bedroom.

I bought this toy chest for my baby since the train's colors match those ones in the nursery. Let start with the positive things about this product. The colors are very bright and cute - good for a baby boy. There is also a lot of space for toys inside the chest. This little train is very easy to assemble. My husband did it in less than half an hour. The only negative thing so far about this product is a prominent scratch on one of its side (inner part of the chest and not visible on the outside). It seems to be a manufacturing defect since everything was properly packed. I could have exchanged it but we decided to assemble this little train weeks after we purchased it.
