I ordered this item for a friend's baby boy to put in his room. I was slightly disappointed when I received the lamp and saw the box seemed too small for the item and the lamp shade was damaged. I left some feedback stating the problem and within a couple days had a replacement lamp shipped to me that is perfect. Thanks so much for taking care of the issue promptly. I just wish more companies handled things the way Toy Box Classics handled this. A+++ Seller!
