This book was well thought out and well written, I got great ideas on how to get through life with my children. I know anyone who has kids and reads this book will get something out of it to help them through the good times and bad times. I hope the writer comes out with another book soon.

As a Guided Imagery Therapist I found the imageries in this book to be exceptional. My favorites were the Magic Paint Box for pain. It is so easy for children to connect with colors and healing. Fairy Bubbles was another excellent choice. Breath is our very life force and can move and heal so many issues in the body. Love this resources.
