An excellent aid to visulaization and relaxation.
This tape has two separate meditations. Swami Radha leads us through a powerful journey to our own light and our own connection to the Divine that is within us,as symbolized by the Divine Image with which we identify.She has a very compassionate voice and is accompanied by a wonderful soft music of a very empowering mantra.I cherish my tape and find that as I seek...

This CD is hard to decipher; she has an accent and the echo and cheesy 'music' serve to distract'
As daily listener and user of multiple meditation type CDs, I don't like this one. It is difficult to decipher and she (Swami) has cheesy 'music'--voice in the BG which is actually too loud. Distracting. The echo (sound quality from perhaps a large room) is extremely distracting. She has a fairly strong accent. Possibly in time and with multiple hearings I might find...

This tape has two separate meditations. Swami Radha leads us through a powerful journey to our own light and our own connection to the Divine that is within us,as symbolized by the Divine Image with which we identify.She has a very compassionate voice and is accompanied by a wonderful soft music of a very empowering mantra.I cherish my tape and find that as I seek refuge in it I am able to bridge the experience into my daily life.

As daily listener and user of multiple meditation type CDs, I don't like this one. It is difficult to decipher and she (Swami) has cheesy 'music'--voice in the BG which is actually too loud. Distracting. The echo (sound quality from perhaps a large room) is extremely distracting. She has a fairly strong accent. Possibly in time and with multiple hearings I might find it a soothing, decipherable guided meditation. I certainly hope so.
These (first and only two tracks) weren't soothing at all to me. I had to work far too hard to figure out what she was saying, even in my totally quiet and undisturbed room. Those words I COULD decipher (extract from the echo and strong accent) were nice. I give her credit for the effort. Stick to Alan Watts. |
