Although her voice is relaxing, the effects that they do with it is distracting. The speaker's voice is echoed in some parts and plays on opposite sides of your headphones at varying times, which I found to not be relaxing, but amusing. After listening to this cd for 15 minutes, I could no longer stand it, it was the opposite of relaxing for me. Would not reccommend!!

Kelly Howell has a very soothing voice to hear in your head and this relaxation CD is fairly good. The draw back is that I prefer meditation like Deepak Chopra. For pure relaxation however, this CD is pleasant and helpful.

What a beautiful CD. When I first heard her voice, I thought it was the most relaxing one I've heard. The music was so good, it just massaged my brain so well. I don't think it would have mattered what Kelly said, I was in awe by her voice. I now see that I need to follow up with more of her Cd's to add to my library of relaxation CD's. The Cd also has that, I guess you'd call it 'suround sound', where she echoes on either side of the earphones at various times. I love that too. Thanks so much for a beautiful, relaxing CD. Now, which of hers should I get next? She's FANTASTIC!

i have enjoyed most of kelly howell cd's and tapes. although a bit repetitive, they achieve their purpose and put me in a very relaxed state. they are also very helpful in my meditation practice.

This is probably one of my favorite Kelly Howell meditation CDs. The first track is a guided meditation, the second one is all music. I use this CD quite a bit. If you haven't bought any Kelly Howell CDs before, this is a good one to start with.

This is a nice, relaxing CD to listen to. However, I find that to truly unwind, the hypnosis relaxation Cd's will take you to deeper state and a more relaxed experience. Although I wouldn't purchase it again, it IS a nice CD.

Helps to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I've had the cd for a few years now and use it on and off as needed; is one of my favorites.

i am into the Guided meditation CD's, and i thought that this one was going to fill that bill, it is a good CD and good for relaxing, but not totally what i needed...thank.
