For physicians new to impairment evaluation, the case studies provide a demonstration of how the Guides are applied. For experience evaluators, they offer an opportunity to refine skills and compare approaches.
The American Medical Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor the CME for physicians. This enduring continuing medical education activity was planned and produced in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the ACCME.
The AMA designates this continuing medical education activity for up to 6 hours in Category I credit toward the AMA Physician's Recognition. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she spent in the educational activity.
