The title of this book speaks for itself. There is certainly a movement, a renewed Awakening, all across the world that is calling churches to make worship transitions. This book assists the Pastor of Worship & Arts, Minister of Music, Music Director, Worship Band Leader, etc. in making decisions that are best for all. It reminds us that such change is a process, and it is for the greater good of the Kingdom. It is not about us, as those who minister through song and praise.

Also, if your church is building or expanding in many ways, Tom Kraeuter gives helpful hints on your role in that process. Definitely add this one to your library!
