For the price, cant beat this bonus pack. I mainly got it for the extra character slot which is $10 by itself. The bonus weapons have come in quite handy. Also the free trial that comes with it has been used by a friend of mine, so everyone wins!

This is a great deal on an extra character slot.

Only buy this if you want more character slots

I have played and beaten all the Guild Wars games and the expansion. In almost 3 years of play I still have plenty yet to do in the form of elite missions, elite quests, obtaining bonus titles, and 10 very different professions to do it with. With no monthly fee, storylines of decent to excellent quality, and simple and verstatile skill combinations - Guild Wars is one of the best games I have encountered.

Basically, this gets you a few free items in the game.

It worked, equipped my heroes quite nicely.

This isn't the full game though.

I bought this for my guild wars account hoping to add another character slot for a cheap price. Well, they changed the parameters and now you will only get the extra character slot if your account has the Nightfall campaign on it already. I added the key to my account and only received the bonus weapons, not the slot. I emailed guild wars support who informed me that you no longer receive the extra slot unless you purchase Nightfall. I ordered two copies of this hoping to add two slots to my two seperate gw accounts. After all, they were PRE SALE discs therefore any account would not have had Nightfall already on them to receive the extra slot. They changed this after the release of the Nightfall campaign. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to get an extra character slot for a cheap price.

This was the last chapter of the GW saga, followed only by an expansion pack. This Chapter introduced a lot of innovation to the franchise however, the gameplay for this chapter did not measure up to the other two preluding this one.

The story is incredible - the players characters literally hunt down and kill a God. The introduction of heroes to the game redefined the game.
