4.0 out of 5 stars stripped down rock........, September 3, 2007
By
This review is from: Guilty Pleasure (Audio CD)
jason mcmaster formerly of dangerous toys` new project , this is straight up stripped down rock n roll in the vein of ac/dc , but still has the dirty of dangerous toys lyrically, great riffs & production good , make ya wanna start a bon fire and invite freinds and crank it up and let er rip, also be on lookout for their new one "electric" , has 6 new ones and 6 off their 1st two releases redone , it rocks as well,

5.0 out of 5 stars Broken Teeth Deliver Again, May 25, 2009
This review is from: Guilty Pleasure (Audio CD)
3 years after their debut, Broken Teeth return with "Guilty Pleasure." Self-produced & self-released on Killing Bird Records, this disc has eleven great songs. "Devil Money," "Hangin' by the Skin," "Second Hand," & "Happy End" are all fantastic. As are all of the other tracks. Basically, this record picks up right where the 1st one left off & continues down that dirty rock n' roll path. McMaster, Lidel & Rivers return, while Mike Watson from D. Toys handles the bass duties & Jared Tuten of Pariah mans rythym guitar. Just good 'ol fashioned bloozy pub-rock that will never go out of style & Broken Teeth play it as well as anyone. Do yourself a favor & go buy this record. Or borrow it. Steal it. Barter for it. Trade for it. Whatever. Just make your move, get it in your hot little hands & play it until your ears BLEED!!!
