The product had two guitars; one was unused and the other was. Although I knew it was a used product, the condition of the second guitar was very bad. I don't think anyone tried to clean it up for resale. If there had been a picture of the actual product on line, I would not have bought it.

i'm sure everyone and their mom knows this game....well it rocks, i don't play games everyday, but when i play this is a must....especially for parties....the controls work great for the wii as well
