The perfect partner to any yoga class, June 25, 2010

I received a review copy of Guitar Meditations Vol 3 and hadn't planned on using it during my yoga classes because I have found other CDs that are purported to be perfect for yoga a little on the distracting side. Not the case with Guitar Meditations. The mellow sounds of the guitar laid over hypnotic new age sounding tracks is a wonderful complement to any yoga class.
There wasn't a single track I didn't like, although if you are looking for a vast expanse of stylings, this isn't for you. The CD flows at a comfortable pace and there are no shockers in the list of tracks. They are all relaxing, detached and perfect for class.

I use this as background music in my Chiropractic office. It is congruent with the other music I have. It is soothing and brings a great ambiance to the office.
