Needs a tab booklet
The guy definitely has his Dave intros down. He plays them once fast, once slow, and then puts up the riff chart for 10 seconds. Pros: Cheap price; Accurate and clear and there's a chapter for all 50 riffs so you can just back it up one and not wait through 5; only Dave method DVD i've found. Recorded in his basement, maybe?
Curt Mitchell may or may not be an extremely good guitarist, but he scores really low as a guitar tutor. At the beginning of the DVD he talks more about the equipment he's using, rather than the style of play of the artist he's supposed to be interpreting. In fact there's hardly any "tuition" at all on the DVD. It's more of a long drawn out series of riffs. Also, the...

The guy definitely has his Dave intros down. He plays them once fast, once slow, and then puts up the riff chart for 10 seconds. Curt Mitchell may or may not be an extremely good guitarist, but he scores really low as a guitar tutor. At the beginning of the DVD he talks more about the equipment he's using, rather than the style of play of the artist he's supposed to be interpreting. In fact there's hardly any "tuition" at all on the DVD. It's more of a long drawn out series of riffs. Also, the quality of the video itself is very poor, looking like he's just got out of bed and is recording it on a camcorder in his basement. I guess you could say I was disappointed, to say the least.
