I was excited to get this for my son for his birthday. I got the first one, and it was broke! This is a very fragile item, very thin cheap glass, and the packaging is horrible!! it is wrapped in like a very thin foam, and thats it! it bounces around and it tossed around with the packages through delivery. I called the company immediately, and with THE RUDEST CSR i have ever dealt with!!, she had another one sent out to me. When the 2nd one arrived, it was busted even more!! I called the company again, and told them i didnt want another one, i just wanted a refund, which i am still yet to see!! I am VERY disappointed from this company!!!

My son used his gift certificate to buy this light. It came out of the box
broken and I mailed it back the same day. We have never heard from this company. We have never gotten any money back. Nothing! SO very disappointed. |
