an overlooked Master ... this is a Gem, November 29, 2010

When one listens to enough classical guitar CD's ... AND one comes across a REAL gem, its sparkle stands out amongst the others. THIS is such an experience.
Such consistent, delicate feeling for the music and the guitar is oh-so-rare, indeed; it can't really be faked ... though many/most try ...
Listening to this felt like I had discovered a forgotten, uneaten pastry; it's G O O D.
I'd like to hear more of Mr. Escobar ... improvising - with this level of committed feeling.
