This little holster is a perfect light weight fit for the Ruger LC9. It comes equipped with a thumb breakaway latch. This provides a secure method of keeping the weapon in the holster until you are ready to draw it, while making the draw quick and efficient. My wife's LC9 is equipped with the CRIMSON TRACE RUGER LC9 LASER GUARD and this holster accommodates it just fine. The holster clips on a belt for secure and comfortable carry.

The item looks to be pretty well built and works for my purposes. It does hang down fairly low from below the belt, so it isn't the easiest to conceal. Initially I had a very difficult time removing the clip to try IWB (as another reviewer had mentioned), but after taking a 2nd look at how it was held in place I was able to change it to IWB, then back, all in about 45 seconds. I just slipped a paper-clip underneath the portion of the clip that holds it in place and the clip slid right out. However, once converted it IWB, I wasn't pleased with it because of the way the vinyl rubs and how much it sticks out. Perhaps it is just me and takes some getting used to, but I honestly don't see myself using this for IWB carry.
To review, it is quite practical for OWB but not the easiest to conceal and IWB is an option.
Practicality & Ease of use: 5/5
Durability: 5/5
Uncomfortable IWB: 3/5
Conceal-ability: 3/5
Overall: 4/5
I would recommend this to a friend and it is a great option for me as the only other holster I own for the LC9 is a pocket holster.

Nice holster, does its job quite well, I have been used it every day with no problems.
Well priced, convenient, practical with extra mag pouch.

I would say for an inexpensive holster this one does the job. It took a little manipulation and some of my own improvements to make this actually perform as the description says. Removing the belt clip to install for IWB was a pain but doable. You have to have a good sturdy belt for this to stay in place when wearing CC. Once all modifications were done it works well. For $10 more I could have bought a holster without the extra work.

Perfect fit for my LC9 and magazine. It is made with balastic nylon so its pretty tough. Fits well on my belt as well. If you have a Ruger LC9 - this is a great holser.

There are very similar holster to this holster made in the USA. I thought this would have been made in USA. Made in China. Can not comment on quality yet. Appears put together fairly well. Bought one of these for my Springfield XDS 40 cal and my Ruger LC9. They both fit ok with adjustments made. I just wish I had bought the Federal holsters like this (made in USA) , would have paid a little more. I would definitely buy one of these types only if the retention strap is firm and stiff and can snap easily. This one does.

I was excited when my husband told me I was getting an LC9, but when I got this holster in the mail I soon learned it just flopped off my belt. Not comfortable, and not exactly "concealed." It didn't do that to my husband's belt since he wears his so tight. But mine is just a floppy WalMart women's belt.

I think I might try an in-pocket holster, or one that goes inside the waistband of my jeans.

I gave the product 5 starts because it's an excellent holster, it just didn't work with my belt.

My Ruger LC9 fits in this holster like a glove and the extra mag is kept very handy with the front pocket. My only complaint with this holster is it's bulk, it's a tad too thick for Concealed Carry. I will mainly use it for carrying during colder weather where I can cover it with my jacket.

I wanted this for IWB in the small of the back, so I could access the spare mag with my left hand. Just a little bulky for my purpose. Belt clip is very secure, but it is a little hard to get off in a hurry.

Its a really nice piece but its much too bulky to be worn in the waist band. It is set up to be worn in or out of the waist band but may not be concealed enough to be worn in states like NY.
